Asked in advance when they would come. Was told that they won’t know until the night before. Did not hear anything the night before either. Was informed in the morning that they would come at 8 am. Later I was notified that they would come at 9:45 am. They did not come at 9:45 am either. I called at 10:15 am and was told they would come at 10:30 am. They did not come at 10:30 am either. Finally they arrived at 11:08 am. They did not clean for 3 hours as described in the product description.
