We use a Pulse Mop, which sprays onto the floor as we go and is quick and effective, but this is an expensive solution for most people. Most people need their mop, and a bucket, and a fair amount of time and muscle! Mop the floor, and as you go, use your cloth and spray to clean in the corners and around the edges. Near door hinge edges are another area frequently missed. Once you are finished, allow the floor to dry, and check your work.
